The very same thing happens to me all the time!! Not the muscular Englishman part lol  But the Tall curvaceous and undeniably feminine lesbian.  In a small mid western American town the lines between labelled lesbians are very finite. Its almost as if to exist within the ‘gay world’ here you have to be butch! Every small minded person here thinks to qualify as a legitimate lesbian I  have to dress like a man, cut my hair to within an inch of my scalp, and wear only sports bras! It drives me insane to be told all the time that I don’t “look gay”. How insane is that? What does “gay” look like?!?! Not to mention that being a femme, if I choose a mate she is to look like a man—because, let’s not forget, there has to be a man and a woman. If only in gender role…  I digress— I cannot wait to go to Germany in a month!
